Coronavirus Day 5 home WOD(Time) Start by setting up a 25ft lane with markers every 5ft Get a ball of some type or medicine ball (basketball, playground ball, etc) Get a backpack/bag or dumbbell and fill it to make it weighted 5 rounds of: 15 wall balls 10 dumbbell snatches (backpack) 1 forward backward suicide shuffles 1 side to side suicide shuffles For the shuffles you will face forward and shuffle forward to the first come then backward to the beginning, forward to the second come then backward to the beginning etc until you get to the 5th cone at the end. For the side to side shuffles you will do the same thing except you will stay facing sideways and shuffle sideways to the first cone and then back to the beginning in the same format as the forward backward ones until you’ve reached the last cone and shuffled back to the beginning.
