Run/walk 10 minutes in one direction, at the end of the 10 minutes wherever you end up do:

5 rounds of:
5 push-ups
10 air squats
15 jumping jacks

Then get back to your home or original destination in 10 minutes. If you don’t make it back in 10 minutes then do 30 penalty burpees
